Once the trial has expired, the software will cease to function unless it is licensed.

Licenses can be purchased in various ways depending upon your use. If you would like more information, please visit our 'How To Buy' pages.

When the software is purchased, you will receive a license code. The license entitles you to free minor version updates of the version purchased.

Major version updates will require the purchase of an upgraded version.

To upgrade minor versions, the software can be updated by downloading and installing the latest version from here.

Answers to most FireGFX questions can be found via the help and support sections of this website.

Additional information and technical support is available free of charge to all registered users.

On-site issues can be solved through our remote access support.

Up to five free remote access support sessions are included for the first 6 months after purchase.

You can buy additional support sessions if you need them. 

Currently, training is provided online to anyone that purchases a system.

Training is free and one of our development engineers will provide a basic overview of the system from installing the software, through building a site, to final commissioning.

You can arrange additional training if you need it.
